CTA  
This is the Common Topology Address and is built in a hierarchical form: First_level_add, second_level_add, third_level_add,.... Syntax is ...... V1.2.2.0 extension: There are cases where there are multiple nodes using the same hierarchy levels. In order to distinguish between these nodes, additional parameters are needed. These optional parameters follow the final hierarchy level, beginning with a colon. The parameter list is also colon-delimited. The interpretation of these parameters is defined through the alarmID-specific master database and is well known to both the agent and the manager. Extended syntax is {.}[{:}] {enclosed in curly brackets means occurrence zero, one or more times} [enclosed in square brackets is optional] : CTA as already defined in previous versions. Allowed characters {'0'..'9'} : Additional Parameter. Allowed characters {'0'..'9'}, minus sign '-', 'e', 'E' and decimal point '.' This provides for integer and floating point parameters. If a contains a 'e', 'E' or '.' the manager has to do a string to float conversion of otherwise has to be converted from String to integer. V1.6.0.0 extension: - any FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name), SDN (System Distinguish Name) or similar may also be used as CTA - String Parameter may also be used as Additional Parameter Therefore allowed characters for and introduced with V1.2.2.0 extension are now any ASCII character. Example 1: First level=RS485 address (i.e. Midas master unit, or BCell subrack) Second level= Midas remote unit, or BCell slot address in a subrack, Third level=..Midas NSO out of Midas remote unit or BCell remote unit attached to a slot..) Possible values are null or object not available (in case swNeededFilesImmediateActivationRequired is false or not available) resp. either the agentUpAndRunningEvent or swActivationProgress (swState=versionActivationOrRemovalDone) notification, because just this two notifications contain corresponding SW package version information the Manager can use to verify the activation result. Note: Relevant for the overall SW package activation result is just the SW package version / result information sent with the file activation finished synchronization notification for the last file within swNeededFilesTable. For all other intermediate file activations the SW package version information may be not available or empty resp. the result may be false. In case the last file within swNeededFilesTable does not need immediate activation, swFinalActivationNotification is relevant for the overall SW package activation result.

If this object is not available, the Manager has to assume the agentUpAndRunningEvent.
