This attribute provides the wavelengths/channels for encoding types on an OMS line. It is a fixed size octet string. Each bit represents an ITU channel. Currently we support 88 channels, requiring 88 bits, or 11 characters, to represent the ITU channels. 0 = ITU channel is not part of specified encoding type 1 = ITU channel is part of the specified encoding type.
