This object indicates the payload carried
by the LSP. It is only required when GMPLS
will be used for this LSP.
This object is only used if
gmplsTunnelLSPEncoding is not set to 0.
Ed note: Should IANA maintain these values?
Is there a better way of doing this? Say,
having an enum for these values, plus
another bit mask for the ethertypes and a
flag to tell which to use?
